Chairman's Message

Mr. Anil Madaan

Chairman

Throughout my entire life, I have lived by the principle of "Arise, Awake and Stop not till the Goal is Achieved". As someone who has spent 35 years working in the education sector, I firmly believe that there is no substitute for hard work in the right direction. The education sector in India is currently undergoing a transitional phase due to the new Education policy and the commercialization of schools. However, my belief remains unchanged: Every child is unique, and schools should embrace their individuality and nurture their potential accordingly. Not every child may excel academically, but schools are meant to facilitate the holistic development of each student, rather than solely focusing on academics. It is our duty to provide all necessary experiences that will boost the self-esteem of every child, helping them to discover their capabilities and build confidence, enabling them to navigate the journey of life smoothly. Schooling is the most beautiful phase of a student's life, and it plays a vital role in shaping their character. My goal is to ensure that all our students are successful in all walks of life and contribute to their community, ultimately contributing to the nation's building. In summary, hard work in the right direction is crucial, and we must ensure that every child receives the necessary experiences to foster their individuality and build confidence, eventually contributing to the betterment of society.

Principal's Message

Greetings and warmest welcomes to this esteemed institution, a school where the potential for each and every child to reach their fullest capabilities is nurtured and encouraged. With the National Education Policy 2020 coming into effect, a transformational shift is underway in the pedagogy and assessment of our classrooms, and I am delighted to share that the entire team of Catalyst is prepared and eager to lead this change. However, we must acknowledge that the responsibility of a child's growth does not lie solely with the educators, but also with the parents. As we strive towards the common goal of developing our children, it is essential for parents to understand that education is not merely the ability to read and write, but also the reflection of one's behavior and actions. Education opens our minds to a broader horizon, leading to critical thinking - a fundamental skill for learners in the 21st century. With the advent of technology, our world has become more interconnected than ever, and it is our duty to instill in our students the importance of collaboration and teamwork for the betterment of our planet. While science and technology are progressing at lightning speed, we must remember that the existence of our planet depends on our ability to remain ethical, honest, and kind towards everyone. India is blessed with a rich culture and heritage, and our students should take immense pride in it, as it is their responsibility to carry forward the legacy. At Catalyst, we firmly believe that every student who embarks on this journey with us will emerge as a well-rounded human being, equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in the world. In today's world of artificial intelligence, social and emotional well-being are equally important for the holistic development of our students. As they face a future that is largely unpredictable, it is essential for them to maintain mental stability and fearlessness in their decision-making processes. Our new campus is designed to facilitate experiential learning, where learning is not forced but rather intrinsic, joyful, and meaningful. With these tools at our disposal, we can guide our students towards becoming the best versions of themselves, creating a brighter tomorrow for all. We, at Catalyst, pride ourselves to empower our students to become the change makers, thus, the Catalysts. For us…… “The woods are lovely, dark and deep, But we have promises to keep, And miles to go before we sleep, And miles to go before we sleep.”
