ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Our admissions process is simple and structured to help parents and students transition smoothly into our learning environment.

Inquiry and Counseling: Parents can contact our admissions office or visit the campus to gather detailed information.

Application Submission: Complete the online/offline admission form along with the necessary documents.

Assessment and Interaction: Students may undergo an age-appropriate assessment followed by an interaction with the school leadership.

Offer of Admission: Selected candidates receive an official admission offer letter.

Fee Payment and Enrollment: Parents confirm admission by completing the fee payment and enrollment formalities.

Welcome to Catalyst!: Students and parents receive orientation details and are introduced to the school community.

Admission Contact
Pre-Admission for Grades Pre – Nursery to Pre-Primary

Parents are requested to submit a duly filled registration form for their child at the school office, along with the following documents:

Photocopy of the birth certificate
-
Photocopy of the residence address proof
Please ensure that all documents are submitted before the specified date. Failure to do so will result in the child’s name not being included in the admission process.
Age Eligibility for Admission – Grade Nursery (Session 2026–27)

Minimum Age: The child should have completed 3 years of age as on 31st July 2026.

Maximum Age: The child should not be more than 4 years 6 months (4 years and 6 months) as on 31st July 2026.

Age Calculation Reference Date: The age will be calculated as per the child’s date of birth on or before 31st July 2026.
Age Eligibility for Admission – Grade KG 1 (Session 2026–27)

Minimum Age: The child should have completed 4 years of age as on 31st July 2026.

Maximum Age: The child should not be more than 5 years 6 months (5 years and 6 months) as on 31st July 2026.

Age Calculation Reference Date: The age will be determined as per the child’s date of birth on or before 31st July 2026.
Age Eligibility for Admission – Grade KG 2 (Session 2026–27)

Minimum Age: The child should have completed 5 years of age as on 31st July 2026.

Maximum Age: The child should not be more than 6 years 6 months (6 years and 6 months) as on 31st July 2026.

Age Calculation Reference Date: The age will be calculated as per the child’s date of birth on or before 31st July 2026.

The parents of selected students will receive an official phone call confirming the admission.

Post-Admission

Once the child’s admission is confirmed, parents should deposit the fee within 7 days. Non-compliance will result in the cancellation of the child’s admission and the seat will be allotted to a waitlisted candidate.

Parents should contact the Admissions Office to fill out the admission form and submit the required documents.

The admission form should be carefully read and signed by both parents, as it contains important information regarding the school’s rules and regulations.

Once the fee and admission form are submitted, parents will be informed about the orientation dates, school calendar, uniform, book list, school’s schedule and other important details by March 2026.

The new school session will begin in April 2026.
Pre-Admission Process for Grades I – IX

Parents are requested to submit a duly filled registration form for their child at the school office, along with the following documents:

Medical fitness certificate

Photocopy of the latest mark sheet/result

Photocopy of the birth certificate

Photocopy of the aadhaar card

Photocopy of the caste certificate (for reserved categories only)

Any other relevant credentials (e.g., certificates)
Age Eligibility for Admission – Grade 1 (Session 2026–27)

Minimum Age: The child should have completed 6 years of age as on 1st September 2026.

Maximum Age: The child should not be more than 7 years 6 months (7 years and 6 months) as on 1st September 2026.

Age Calculation Reference Date: The age will be determined as per the child’s date of birth on or before 1st September 2026.

An in-person interaction or entrance test will be scheduled once the school receives the registration form.
