27th September to 2nd October: Educational Trip to Jodhpur & Jaisalmer
The school’s six-day educational tour to Jodhpur and Jaisalmer turned out to be an unforgettable blend of learning, exploration, and adventure. A group of 41 enthusiastic students, accompanied by Ms. Rini Singh, Ms. Pooja Chandel, Mr. Jitendra Tripathi, and Mr. Joy Wahengbam, set out to discover the cultural grandeur and historical treasures of Rajasthan.
Exploring the Blue City – Jodhpur
The journey began in the vibrant Blue City, where students visited:

Mehrangarh Fort – one of India’s largest forts, offering breathtaking views and deep historical insights.

Jaswant Thada – a serene marble cenotaph known for its intricate craftsmanship.

Umaid Bhawan Palace – a spectacular example of royal architecture and heritage.
These visits helped students understand Rajasthan’s royal history, architectural styles, and the cultural significance of its monuments.
Golden Sands of Jaisalmer
The next part of the trip took the group to the Golden City, where stunning landscapes and desert history came alive. Key highlights included:

Jaisalmer Fort – a living fort bustling with heritage and tradition.

Patwon Ki Haveli – a masterpiece of Rajasthani haveli architecture.

Tanot Mata Temple & Longewala Memorial – sites of immense historical and patriotic importance, offering students valuable lessons on India’s military history and courage.
The magic of the Sam Sand Dunes added another dimension to the adventure. Students enjoyed:

These fun-filled moments not only bonded the group but also immersed them in the traditional music, dance, and lifestyle of rural Rajasthan.
A Journey of Learning & Lifelong Memories
Throughout the tour, students learned about historical events, desert ecology, local craftsmanship, and the rich culture that defines Rajasthan. More importantly, they returned with strengthened teamwork, independence, and a sense of appreciation for India’s heritage.
